Ideally located on S Atlantic Ave in the well maintained and stylish 'mid century modern' resort building of Coastal Waters, this well equipped and cared for condo also provides use of the onsite facilities such as communal pool and BBQ grill.
The increasingly popular seaside town of New Smyrna Beach is a short ride away, with fabulous restaurants, shopping and downtown historical area at Canal Street. There is also a museum, parks and of course, fishing. If you prefer to stay away from the crowds, there are excellent seafood restaurants close by.

We spent 4 relaxing days and nights at this seaside condo in New Smyrna Beach. It is right on the beach, was easy to locate , and the unit was easy to access following the instructions provided by the property manager, Josiah. We enjoyed the pool several days, as well as the beach, which provided plenty of space for everyone. We felt very safe in this ground level unit, and parking was ample. The unit was thoroughly cleaned and spotless. New flooring and decor were perfect. Would highly recommend to others!
