Located in the Private, gated Aviana Resort, a family oriented community only a 30 minute ride from Walt Disney World and featuring a large private pool (can be heated for additional cost) this holiday paradise villa is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the parks. There is also a separate dining room which seats 6 and a second sitting room for those that want a quieter evening. The garage contains a basketball game as well as all the pool toys and equipment. The covered lanai has pool loungers and table and chairs and a private swimming pool (which can be heated for an additional charge).
