Pool Heater Information & Disclaimer:
Pool heating is available for an additional fee (plus tax) and requires a minimum of three consecutive days.
Please note that the pool heater is available, it may require 24–48 hours to reach optimal temperature. While we strive to maintain a comfortable swimming environment, the heater’s performance may be affected by outdoor temperatures, weather conditions, or equipment limitations.
Heater functionality is not guaranteed. Refunds will only be issued for pool heating issues beyond our control, No further compensation will be issued.
Parking Information:
Please be mindful of all posted parking signs and parking flow throughout the resort. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway, in any of the designated parking areas and overflow parking lots located throughout the resort. Do not block sidewalks/driveways and do not park on the grass. Parking violations may result in towing enforced by ChampionsGate Resort.
Trash Information:
Please ensure all trash is secured in trash bags and put inside the trash bench by the front door. The trash is collected daily but will not be collected if it is not bagged.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:
No Smoking Indoors - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
No Pets Allowed - Pets are not permitted on the property.
No Parties or Events - Gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed.
Maximum Occupancy - Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
Air Conditioning Use - Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F. Ensure all windows and doors remain closed while the AC is in use to maintain efficiency.
Inventory - Please do not remove any items from the home
Damages - Accidents happen, if any damages occur - please report it to us immediately

This home was perfect for our family vacation to Florida! We have 8 people in our family & the home had everything & MORE than what we were looking for. The price was great for our budget. There was plenty of space for everyone! The location is amazing & is near all of the Orlando theme parks. We weren’t far from Cocoa Beach & Siesta Beach & we made trips to both during our stay. There are several restaurants, grocery stores, & everything that we needed within minutes of the house. We stayed for 8 nights and 9 days & we loved the space that this house provides. It was nice to come back after a fun filled day (out adventuring) & for everyone to have their own bedroom, bathroom, & space to spread out & relax. This house has tons of refrigerator & freezer space and a huge kitchen which made it nice for us as we cooked and ate several of our meals in the home. The ping pong table and pool table were big hits but most of all our kids LOVED the private pool and spa at the house as well as the Oasis Club pools, lazy river, sand volleyball, movie theater, and gym which are just a few minutes away from the home! All of the amenities were as described with plenty of kitchenware, beach towels, bath towels, linens, pillows, washer & dryer and every bedroom is designed & decorated after a cool theme with its own TV! We didn’t have any problems or issues and everyone really enjoyed the house. We will definitely book this location again on any of our future trips to the Orlando area.

Great home, great location! We appreciated the nice furnishings, beds and flooring for a clean comfortable stay. It was great for our large group with spacious rooms, back patio, pool and spa. We loved the convenience of the quick access to the clubhouse by walking or driving for more entertainment with splash pad, pools, sand volleyball, fitness center and more! We highly recommend this home for a stay in the Orlando area for any reason!
